 1080 VMC provides its Products & Services to you by means of website, software, media downloads, and other applications. What we collect and store

We do not store credit/debit card details. However, if you make a purchase of a product from one of the 1080 VMC websites, your details may be stored by one of the third parties used to process your payment, such as PayPal or Stripe for example.

What we share with others
1080 VMC may share your personal data with various third parties if this is necessary to perform the agreement, to support our Products and Service provisions and activities and/or to comply with any statutory obligation. Third parties are suppliers of tools for efficient communications and business operations. The selected third parties help us provide your orders and store services to you; This includes, but may not be limited to, analytics, marketing, payment gateways, shipping providers, and third party embeds.
Where appropriate, we will conclude a processing agreement with organizations that process your data on our instructions and 1080 VMC will review whether the organization offers adequate privacy guarantees. Organizations within the EEA (the whole of the European Union plus Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) shall comply with the GDPR of 25 May 2018. 1080 VMC also works together with organizations outside the EEA if these follow the GDPR.

We use Stripe or PayPal for payments, analytics, and other business services. Stripe or PayPal may collect personal data including via cookies and similar technologies. The personal data that is collected may include transactional data and identifying information about devices that connect to each of the services.

How long we retain your data 
We generally store information about you for as long as we need the information for the purposes for which we collect and use it, and we are not legally required to continue to keep it. This includes your name, email address and billing and shipping addresses.
We will also store comments or reviews if you choose to leave them. Because the purposes may vary for different types of data in the context of different Products and/or Services, the actual retention periods can fluctuate significantly.
If the processing is based on permission and you withdraw your permission or indicate in any other way that you no longer want to be informed about promotions, sales and deliveries or no longer want to receive newsletters, we will delete your information as quickly as possible.
